Annotation.У статті узагальнено й систематизовано актуальні виміри організації науково-пошу-кового й освітньо-прикладного середовища в університетському середовищі, формування постійного активного діалогу усіх зацікавлених сторін в активізації такого середовища й критичному осмисленні досягнутого, модифікації науково-організаційних спрямувань та адекватному структуруванні й змістовому наповненні освітнього й наукового простору на різних рівнях університетської освіти й науки. Систематизовано прикладні моделі аналізу освітньо-професійних та освітньо-наукових програм із визначенням основних спектрів посилення їхнього фокусу, регіонального контексту в загальнонаціональному просторі, визначенням функційного навантаження моніторингу, схарактеризовано тенденції громадського обговорення освітньо-професійних та освітньо-наукових програм спеціальності 035 Філологія (035.10 Прикладна лінгвістика). Abstract.
ACTUAL DIMENSIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC LINGUISTIC
ENVIRONMENT: EXPERIENCE, PRACTICE, MODIFICATION

Abstract
Background: the relevance of
the article is due to the need to create a well-thought-out system of
educational program (hereinafter EP) «Applied Linguistics» of the second
(master’s) level and educational-scientific program (hereinafter ESP)
«Philology» of the third (educational-scientific) level with a clear vision of
the features of determining the individual trajectory of learning.
Purpose: to generalize and systematize
the experience of processing the contents of EP «Applied Linguistics»
(field of knowledge 03 Humanities specialty 035 Philology,
specialization 035.10 Applied Linguistics) of the second (master’s) level
and ESP «Philology», specialty 035 Philology) of the third
(educational-scientific (Doctor of Philosophy)) level, which testify to the
multifaceted approach to the definition of objects of study and professional
activity of philology and contribute to the achievement of learning objectives
in freelance education.
Results: The presentation of the
experience of processing the content of the EP «Applied Linguistics» was
carried out according to the scheme: general information about the editions of
the EP (2015-2020); remarks and opinions, suggestions made during the
monitoring and public discussion of the EP (2016-2017 academic year, 2017-2018
academic year, 2018-2019 academic year, 2019-2020 academic year); the results
of round tables to discuss the achievements, problems, prospects of the EP
(2018, 2019, 2020). The presentation of the experience of processing the
content of ESP «Philology» is formed by general information about ESP
(2019-2020); remarks and opinions, suggestions made during the monitoring and
public discussion of the ESP (2018-2020); the results of a survey on the level
of satisfaction with educational services (2019, 2020).
Discussion: 1) adequate vision of
objects of study and professional activity by the project group;
2) disciplines of curricula focused on current areas, within which further
professional and scientific careers of higher education seekers are possible,
as well as aimed at training a competent philologist capable of ensuring the
effective operation of educational and research institutions; 3) the
content of the ESP is aimed at providing higher education students with optimal
knowledge and skills necessary for young scientists to carry out professional
scientific research and synthesis of sound ideas, providing graduate students
with deep doctrinal knowledge in the field of philology; 4) qualified
teaching staff has experience and competencies that allow the formation of
program learning outcomes in the educational components of EP «Applied
Linguistics» and ESP «Philology».

Vitae. Anatoliy Zahnitko is Doctor of Philology,
Professor, Corresponding Member of NAS of Ukraine, Head of Department of
General and Applied Linguistics and Slavonic Philology at
Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University. His areas of research
interests include functional linguistics, cognitive linguistics, comparative
linguistics, categorical linguistics, lexicographic linguistics, and text
linguistics.
